The manager on duty refused to allow one of their employees to come out and test my battery when there was only one customer ahead of me and three employees in the store. Not only would she not allow let one to come out and help, she had an attitude about it. This is not the first time this manager has had an attitude when I was in there. On one occasion I actually heard her tell a customer they weren't her first priority, the commercial accounts that called took precedence over walk in customers.
