I would not recommend this company for either their 'Qualitative' or 'Quantitative' Research because I have been a victim of their annoying and illegally excessive pursuit of phone interviews. E mail it seems isn't enough for them. If they don't reach you during business hours, they wake you early morning or in the evening when you're most certainly asleep. If I find out the company they are doing 'Market Research' for........ I most certainly would never purchase their product or service in view of Russell tactics. These folks have never heard of the National Do Not Call List, nor do they have common courtesy.
