I had my daughters bridesmaid dress altered there. The lady was very pleasant, but it seemed a little pricey. When my wife went to pick it up it was a wrinkled mess. Usually when getting a dressed altered for over a 125.00 it should not be wrinkled they usually come with a lite steam done. When my wife asked, she advised oh my steamers broke and I don't do that, you can go to the dry cleaners down the street, that's where the girls go. The she advised she forgot to charge an additional 20.00 of something. My wife paid and left she dropped the dress of and it will cost another 30.00. We are praying it comes out ok.

I have gone to this shop twice now and both times the quality of the repairs made were excellent. First I brought my son's jacket which needed a new zipper. It was very think sweatshirt material and had funky pockets close to where the zipper is. But in a few days the jacket looked brand new and even my picky teenage son was impressed with it. Then I just brought a dress in which the back zipper needed replacement. It was the invisible kind and again in just a few days my dress was perfect. I have some winter pants I will be bringing in for hemming. I will let you know how that goes, but I am sure it will be great.

Excellent work done here and only took a few days. The new ownership is great. Atmosphere of the shop is also very pleasant.

I brought a cocktail dress here to have the straps adjusted. Took 3 weeks because of busy prom season. Dress was ok when I tried it on before I left, but a couple weeks later I tried it on at home and wasn't happy with it- brought it back and they fixed it in less than a week, for no additional charge! Good, because it's a bit pricey otherwise.
