BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND THE FOOD WASN'T GOOD



My family owned a boat at the marina 20+ years ago and we visited Sindbad's very very often. We docked our boat at that marine for 20 years. We moved to Harbor Hill marine.



We still visited Sindbads ofter and the food and services have gone DOWN DOWN



On Sunday October 13, 2013



Some friends and I went to Sindbad’s Restaurant for dinner. One of us ordered crab legs the waiter brought the meals to the table. One of the crab legs fell off the plate onto the floor. THE WAITER PICKED THE CRAB LEG UP OFF THE FLOOR AND PLACED IT BACK ONTO THE PLATE. We ask for a new order and the waiter looked @ us and said “ARE YOU SERIOUS”. We said yes we’re serious the whole plate has been contaminated. At that point we requested the manager.



You ask if I would describe the waiter or waitress.



The manager name starting with L. come over to our table with her head hanging down and stated that this was her nephew M. the owners son.

She said that there were no explanation for what he had done. Picking up food that had fallen on the floor and putting it back on the plate.



UNBELIEVABLE

I love Sindbads I am always there with my sister and dad. I went yesterday and there was a waitress that works there named Jenni and she begs for tips she constantly talked about only making $2 hour and that she cant afford tampon (yes tampons). She gave bad service and the bread rolls were brought out after we ate dinner but we still left her a $13 dollar tip but she begged for more so then we took it back,she is a chubby girl with earrings piercings in her face. Low class and trash should not be visible while servicing customers at such a GREAT restaurant. She is SAD and should go get a sign that says (Work for tips and tampons)

Beware because her thirst is real. Great tasty food but bad waitress :(

The best Clam Chowder I have ever tasted. There is smoking allowed at the Bar.

I love the fried shrimp.

I enjoyed Sinbads. They have good service and the fish is tasty. I would skip the steak.
