This place is a complete scam, I called and reserved a car and was charged $150 reservation fee to be refunded if I cancel within 2 days. Called next day to cancel and the guy is giving me a hard time over the phone. Then I see my cc statement and they refunded $141. I called the dude who said that credit card charged $9.00 fee (complete lie) and then hangs up. I am certainly disputing this. Stay far away from this place!!!

First time I've rented a car but was very easy and quick. Car actually had quite a bit of mileage and was finnicky driving on interstate highways over speeds of 65 or 70 but I mainly used it within town and was satisfied by the pick-up/drop-off procedure. Will definitely rent again!

Stay away from this place! They operate under three names that I know of: All Star Rent A Car, Affordable Car Rental, and Allstar Car Rental. They also use two addesses that I know of. One on Colfax and one on Colorado Blvd. Reserved a car from them six weeks before our arrival date. Confirmed three days before that we were all set. Got there and they couldn't find a reservation in my name. Gave them their confirmation # and they still couldn't find it. But they just happened to have a smaller car available for TWICE THE COST (plus $2!), and no unlimited mileage. Said "no way" and left. They still charged my credit card $947. We called to ask why and they offered to only charge us an $88 cancellation fee. We reminded them that they couldn't even find our reservation so they shouldn't be cahrging us anything. They said "oh well" and so my credit card company reversed the charges. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. I say RUN LIKE A DEER IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECITON OF THIS BUSINESS!
