Its catering menu includes deli trays, Milts special salads, entrees, appetizers, hor d oeuvres, full dinners and breakfasts. For breakfast, the company treats guests to fruits juices, cereal, pancakes, waffles, eggs, omelets, smoked fish platters as well as breakfast specialties such as Matzo Brye and Hoppel Poppel. The lunch and dinner menu includes hot sandwich specialty plates such as Monte Cristo, grilled chicken and avocado and the chicken Parmesan sandwich. Milton s Super Burgers are made from 10 ounces of choice Angus Beef in varieties including the Western burger, turkey burger, peppercorn burger and the super burger special.
