Very disappointing and frustrating. Sketchy looking facility, with uncomfortable fitting area where you just stand near counter while the tech walks to the back way down the hall to make each adjustment. They were never able to make them fit correctly. Frames are crooked, too loose, and hurt my ears, but after several attempts bending arms and earpieces every which way they said it wasn't possible to fix them further. I felt like they were just rushing me out. I've never had glasses which could not be adjusted properly before. And I see LESS well with them than with my old pair, I presume due to poor lenscrafting, as the prescription had not changed much at all. I've stuffed some tape into space where the arm meets the front of frame to prevent arm from opening so wide they fall from my face. I paid extra for supposedly higher quality frames. I feel ripped off, and sick that I still can't see right.

I just want to advice the people to be careful when you go this location, if you are looking for Ekukpe Joe, he did not work at this place, well at least I have the experience in two occasions that who provides the service is Malkishuana M Lacy, and this person is not really to professional, he did not respect me nor my kid, probably I was unfortunately in the wrong time but the client has the always the right if not your customer service is deficient. I am disappointed because as parents we want the best for our children, and this is not the best place for you if you are really taking care of yours
