The food was excellent. Service was great as well. My waitress Melissa was nice and courteous. The manager was nice. He came around and spoke to every table to make sure they were all satisfied with their dining experience, one of the best Joe's Crab Shack times I've had. i would enjoy dining here again next time I am in the area.

while the waitstaff is certainly entertaining, the food is mid-level at it's best. A good place for families because its loud and noone will notice is you spill anything.

The atmosphere is fun and the waitstaff is always fun and nice. However, the food is less than satisfactory. The prices are too high and the portions are too small. Seafood just does not seem to be the most fresh.
