Great Service!

Dr. Briley and her staff were very kind and helpful. Dr. Briley is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It was very easy to get an appointment and I didn't wait long to see the doctor. I am very please with their service and will be continuing to go there.

General Info
On a personal note, family is extremely important to me. I have a 1 year old boy and a 3 year old boy. If you ever need a laugh, just ask me what Logan and Jackson have been up to, or more often into. I have been in Texas for over 20 years now and practicing Audiology for over 12. I was born and raised up in a very small town in Ohio where my parents were healthcare providers. Growing up I spent a good deal of time with my mother and father at the assisted living home they ran. I grew very close to the residents and caregivers and I believe it was this experience that instilled within me the desire to help others as a profession. I graduated from the University of North Texas with honors and did extensive research on the effects of certain drugs on the auditory system. This research spanned 2 years and has been published in several medical journals. Aural rehabilitation and tinnitus are two of my true passions. I have also done extensive research in the area of tinnitus and tinnitus rehabilitation training. In my aural rehabilitation groups I focus on realistic expectations of hearing aids. I often hear a patient state that they “don’t want to hear background noise”. While this statement is true for EVERYONE, we can’t eliminate a sound with hearing aids. My goal is to help people hear as close to normal as possible.
