We had some electrical issues that needed to be addressed right away. We had another electrical company come out to give us an estimate. They quoted us 3,729.00 to fix the problem and that nothing could be done for two more days. So we decided to get another estimate. We called Caddell electric. We spoke to the owner first. He was very knowledgeable, honest and seemed to have compassion for the situation we were in. He sent someone out the very next day. Ths issue was fixed in a jiffy and we saved 3,000.00 dollars. Excellent service!!!!! We will use Caddell electric for all future electrical issues.

I highly recommend Caddell Electric - we needed our Federal Pacific panel replaced (luckily before we experienced any of the horrible stories about how dangerous these panels are). We live in a house built in the 1920s and since the panel was located in the guest bedroom closet, the job was a pretty big undertaking. The service guys from Caddell are excellent - Jason was very knowledgeable and was a very hard worker! The work was performed in May and also required work to be done in the attic and crawlspace - he was very courteous when work needed to be done in the house. I would highly recommend Caddell Electric. Lance Caddell runs his company very well - he provides quality work at affordable prices. I called these guys at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning in the middle of a 100+ degree heatwave because my A/C was causing my main breaker service panel to kick off. I knew that there was some arcing in the panel, and was pretty sure I'd need a new panel to the tune of $1500 or so. I own and operate apartment buildings and knew how electricians typically work...charge you out the kazoo. The service guy, Ray, was here in about an hour and checked out the system. He determined that he could clean the contacts and get me back in service with no risk. He recommended that I eventually replace the box, but didn't insist because he didn't think there was any risk. Ray even asked my permission before smoking a cigarette OUTSIDE in my yard. I'm a tough, demanding customer, and these guys just went to the top of my list of electricians. Good job, guys.BTW, the owner, Lance Caddell took the phone call on Sunday morning and wanted to be sure I understood the fee structure first. ++++++++++++

Professional, priced right, I highly recommend themI wanted recessed lighting installed in my living room and kitchen and after obtaining a few estimates from other companies, I spoke to Lance and realized these guys were the ones for the job. The price was right and Lance was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Jason was on time, courteous, fast and professional. The installation is beautiful and I will call them for any electrical jobs I need knocked out.

I had an electrical problem with my air conditioning system which left me without any air conditioning. A very hot week end was coming up and luckily I called Caddell Electric. Lance "fit me in" although his schedule was already very full. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and called the air conditioning specialist he uses to make the non-electrical repair.
