The absolute worst liars and cheats. They took my comforter with no concern or comment, supposedly "dry cleaned" it, and then let me pick it up packed away in a bag and pay for it without a word. Then, when I got it home, the entire comforter looked tie dyed it was so ruined. When I complained, they claimed no fault, said their policy was that they weren't responsible, and blamed the decorator, the fabric, and me. When I refused to take that excuse and pointed out that the receipt they claim clears them of responsibility says they will at least pay up to 10X the cost of servicing and that they use their best judgement per item on how to clean it, they said, fine we'll maybe give you that, but you have to come in again. When I went in again, they picked a fight and refused to give me the guarantee money because I said that if I wasn't satisfied I would go to small claims. Liars and cheats who tried to shuffle me off to their office to avoid the confrontation in the store.

Please stay away!! They?ve ruined buttons on many of my nice shirts; they cannot get the creases in the middle of my slacks correct; they do not properly fold the shirt collars all the way down so that you get a half-crease and a collar sticking up.I asked for the manager and some other person came out who could barely speak English. Finally, the manager came out and I tried to explain to him what was going, and he began questioning why I came back. I pointed to about $75 worth of clothes in the back of my SUV and asked if he wanted my business. I was trying to give them another chance to get it right and to make me whole. He simply said, ?Bye? and closed the drive-through door in my face. I?ve never been treated like that before. Save yourself the hassle and the discourtesy. Stay away from this place.
