Horrible! HORRIBLE! They employ unfair and deceptive contracts when renting. We can't return the rental until we paid a small balance. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I took my son here for piano lessons and the instructor, Martha, felt the need to involve herself in my personal business. When confronted, it was clear her intentions were for purely selfish reasons and she had no regard for the school or my privacy. When I asked for my money back for the remainder of the month, she refused. The owner took absolutely NO accountability claiming she was an independent contractor. This woman lacks integrity and I never plan on having my child around her or giving another dime to this school.
