I’ve boarded my dogs at Mountain Run on numerous occasions. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They call if there are concerns with my fur kids and my fur babies love it there. Room to run and play and they get a wonderful bath to come home smelling lovely. Great place, people and care professionals.

I’ve been boarding my dogs at Mountain Run for 5 years. I have complete trust in the staff and know my dogs are well cared for and loved during each and every visit. They are there now and I have absolutely no worries! I ❤️ Mountain Run kennel. Thank you for all you do but especially for the peace of mind when leaving them in your care.

Do not trust these people with your animal. A friends dog required vet treatment after his stay and the owner hung up on him when he called to discuss the situation.

I left my dogs with Mountain Run Kennel for 10 days. They both lost significant weight in this time. My one dog lost 8 pounds in those 10 days. He also had a bad rash covering the entire underside of his body, for which the vet prescribed steroids. Finally, he had a major injury to his tail, that required bandaging and antibiotics from the vet, who says amputation is a possibility if it doesn't get better. When I suggested to the owner of the facility on the phone that her people were negligent in their care of my dogs, she hung up on me.

I was so happy to find a kennel that met my needs as well as my pets! Having peace of mind for me and swimming and playing for my lab! The kennel is immaculant and the staff is great! caring and understanding of a nervous Mom. I reccomend this kennel!

A+++++ This is the kennel for people who don't like to leave their dogs at the kennel. The kennel and surrounding grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained, which gives a hint to what the care of your dog will be. This really is the closest I've seen to a home away from home. The people love dogs of all kinds and truly care about your dog. They are extremely professional and attentive to detail yet are very interactive with the dogs and give the personal attention that a homesick dog needs. I highly recommend getting a suite, which is truly a small living room, fully equipped with couch and tv. The runs are also perfectly maintained, bright, and comfortable. I did sign up for nature walks, which I highly recommend. My dog came back in better shape than when I left her! I couldn't say enough about this place! It is a great comfort to know that I can leave my dog in such good care. The rates are extremely reasonable, especially since you actually get what you are paying for!
