      Called them 3x in one day re a policy that was being canceled. They never returned my phone calls. They never tried to find another policy that would work for us, as they promised. Called someone else, had a me policy with better coverage in 4 hours. F for professionalism, F for customer service.

      I called these guys for a quote after my old insurance company raised my rates again for the second time in a year. I should have done it years ago. They saved me over HALF on an annual homeowner's policy and $500 a year on our auto. Give them a call and at least get a quote. I was amazed!!!
