Wonderful service. Always greeted with a smile. I love their Happy family on the menu. If food is not to your satisfaction they will make it right, with no fuss.

It was horrible. And got food that was deliver and your manager won't give us money back and it was a horrible and we order again

Very very low quality chicken. I have a picture here for a example. All i did was cut it in half, they all looked that way. Very gross, couldn't even eat it. Complete waste of money.

I'm apologizing to the customer who shall be receiving a full refund from delivery. I didn't know our sweet tea could be considered an energy. Its got a kick. Sorry

Ridiculous wait for delivery! After 1 hour wait we called and they said driver had just left. Then driver could not find house. Called for directions but didn't listen and still couldn't find house (note that while numbers are hard to see on house, gps finds the house and shows a photo with the distinctive driveway...and it is located just ONE HOUSE from the corner of a major intersection). Driver found house numbers for neighbors on either side (lower on right, higher number on left) but didn't even stop to check with the ONLY HOUSE THAT COULD HAVE HAD THE NUMBER he had...just drove away. Called again (from Restricted number) and asked us to wait outside. This is not the first time they couldn't find the house but this wait was by far the longest (and the driver by-far the most incompetent). Last time I will order from them.

The workers there are so rude! Every time I call they have an attitude, they don't even have the manners to say goodbye when they hang up,

Hunan on Everhart Rd is the best. food is always fresh , always prompt service. Probably the best chinese food in CC. We go there usually for carry out; being customers for a number of years. Can not say have been disappointed. they do a fine job of cooking the food fresh each time. Good value.

This is NOT their menu! Nice friendly, helpful service. The menu listed on this site in NOT their menu. They are aware and state that they have tried to remove it, but no joy. They even relay that some customers get nasty with the cashiers! Like anyone with a clue would think that the cashiers run the place. I will go back.

i have been ordering from this location for years and the food has always been excellent and the portions are large......will continue to order.......

We order the same thing everytime & the delivery drivers are very fast & friendly.

Had an urge for Chinese & decided to try this place. At first I was surprised by portion size, a lot of food. Then before taking the first bite, both my boyfriend & I find hair in our plates. Needless to say we will never go back!!!!! PS...I'd pick NO stars but this makes me choose one!!!

I get food from Hunan Delivered several times and it seems like I get a different person on the phone everytime that tells me one time the minimum order is $10.00 then get a different person and they say the minimum order is $20.00 and just got a person that said the minimum order is $15.00. They need to make up their damn mind. The food is good yes but I do not like being cheated. Set a price and stick with it. I understand the your business is slow but please don't cheat the customer! The delivery charge always changes too. Maybe I just won't order from there again.

Though the service was wonderful and they were very nice people the food isn't up to standard. The restaurant is in poor condition, at the font counter there was a fly hanging around the cash register where the food sits.After dinner I also started to feel really ill. I spent over twenty dollars only to be handed food that made me very sick. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, unless they wanted a potential hospital stay or a night surrounding a toilet.This is one place I won't be visiting again.
