I hate the fact that they lied to me about having seven cavities. I went to La Costa Dental for a second opinion and they told me that I have only three cavities. This dentistry is trying to get money from my parents. I am never going back to this place ever again.

I have been a customer for years but unfortunately it only takes one bad experience for me to change my doctors. I called today with a question regarding my bill. I have insurance and have had the same insurance for years. They failed to check my file prior to my visit and did not mention at the time of my visit that my insurance was no longer accepted and did not aske for a secondary insurance. Naturally I was upset because now I am going to be billed for the services. Services which I might not have had done if I had known at the time of the visit. The receptionist hung up on my twice becuase I was upset and was wanting to know why no one check the insurance prior to the visit. I was told they see 25 patients a day and they cannot check on them all. They are busy and have alot to do. I also asked to speak to the doctor or someone else and was laughed at and told no one else could help me. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN SO ANGRY.
