this is the worse company ever created! Not only do they not respect patient care, the don't respect the employees that are unfortunately employed there. They don't pay the employees (can you say slave labor) checks always bouncing, lying to employees, firing those who don't "step in line." Hiding from contracted home health representatives because they don't pay them and lie about checks in the mail. Many lawsuits! Lying to patients, no one qualified in upper management for patient care. Patients unable to get ahold of anyone, no respect to patient family members, no customer service. This company needs to be torn down.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! IT HAS TAKEN ME 3 WEEKS TO GET MY REFILLABLE TANK REFILLED. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH GETTING MY SUPPLIES. HAD I NEEDED EMERGENCY 0-2 ID BEEN DEAD BY THE TIME I GOT MY 0-2 DELIVERD . A SENIOR CITIZEN ON INSURANCE WHO DEALS WITH THIS RINKY DINK BUSINESS

NO STARS IN MY OPINION. BUT I HAVE TO GIVE 1.

No local phone numbers only one 800 number. Put on hold 2 1/2 hours no one answered. Has a BBB rating of F. Had a morning 9-11 time slot to receive my oxygen . No one showed, no one called untill 1:35. Asked if there is a local number I could call was told no. Only one number for whole state.I am launching a federal investigation into this company. They have numerous complaints.

The company website says "EMP services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week" That is a crock of you-know-what! Forget the fact that everyone there speaks Spanglish...they don't pay in a timely manner (90+ days), one person handles ALL provider calls, there is no customer service team handling calls and the utilization process is time consuming and slow as molasses! Any business that answers the phone and says "hello" (no name, no nothing) should be avoided at all costs!!!!
