Went to Goodyear Service Center to have them mount two tires on front of car. When I got the car back, my newly washed wheels were greasy; however, I noticed after wiping away part of the grease that they had scraped my alloy wheels along the edges and scratched and pitted them on some of the spokes. When I brought it to their attention, they denied it was due to their equipment although the wheels on the back showed no marks and there were obvious grease/other marks all over the front wheels in the same areas as the damage. Again, when I asked is that going to be their response, they didn't do it, they said yes ... it has to be.



I would never, ever take my vehicle to this place again.
