Don't let the appearance of the building fool you, this is a professional shop with a great owner. We were in the market for a boat, found one in the Denver area but we live in New Mexico. I contacted Fred and asked him to look over this boat and he did giving me a detailed report on the condition. The block was cracked and after agreeing on a price with the owner, Fred replaced the engine for us. When we arrived to pick up the boat and see it for the first time, he and his staff took the time to go over the boat with us, ran the engine, and winterized the boat. I could not ask for a more professional shop, customer service, and honest fair price.

I took my new boat there last year to winterize, shink wrap and store. When spring came I had them ready it for the lake and take care of a few maintenance issues. The work was done very timely. The service was fantastic. The guys are very nice and incredibly knowledgible. They are honest and the prices are very comptitive. They even remembered me when I came back in April after only having spoken with me breifly in October. I intend to take my boat there for any and all service needs in the future. I strongly recommend them. Their storage is out doors but is protected by a high fence with barbed wire. If you get your boat wrapped it's as good as storing it indoors. They also recommended a great upolstry guy that was also very affordable.

Do not take your business here. Fred the owner will rip you off!! They have you sign a blank form with a claim ticket to get your boat back for a simple winterization process. Fred will find something wrong with your boat that will cost thousands down the road if it's not fixed right then. He tells you a quote that isn't too terrible so you agree to it. Once it's said and done it is WAY more than you agreed to, but he writes the new price on the claim ticket with your signature so you have NO WAY of fighting it. Please do not go here and if you do get copies of ALL paperwork to protect yourself. This owner is a cheat and cannot be reasoned with what so ever. Don’t make the same mistake that we made because we are out so much money and now truly believe that the boat didn’t need anything extra at all.

Do not go here!!! They have you sign a blank price form to "claim" your boat and then add all these charges so they have a signed copy with all the prices they add. Owener-Fred is a complete cheat, he will tell you there is something wrong with your boat and it will cost you thousands if you don't fix it. He will give you a price over the phone so you tell him to go ahead and do the work. He calls when it's done is it's way more than he told you, but he has that signed "claim" form with all the prices he wrote in after you left. Please beware. If you go there make sure to get a copy of all paperwork so you are not a victim of him making money.
