For all those who gave this company high ratings, I really wonder if they are friends and not customers. This company was a nightmare! The husband and wife were FAR from professional! I booked online, it took numerous emails before she responded to one and then when she did that was all! The addresses led us to their home instead of a real office! They spoke to us through their door yet ask for cash or credit info! When I ask to speak to her face to face as I was tired of talking to a door, she told me “ No! I can’t do that!”. Told my husband come on let’s go because they were both rude and sounded crazy! Because it was so close to our son’s party, he tried to smooth things out and pay for the services we requested. I expressed my feelings about the run around and lack of customer service when they finally did come outside. I was motioned to come back by the husband ( I’d long went to sit in my truck!). From there it continued to go downhill as every excuse they could come up with was used for why they couldn’t respond to me or pick up a phone (they were on vacation, the answering service they didn’t know about, they just woke up, etc.). I told them that wasn’t the way you run a business and that struck the wife’s nerve and she started insulting me!! It escalated when I told my husband we didn’t need their services and she said too proudly “ We the only ones with this baby!” motioning at their mobile arcade. While they are the only ones with a mobile arcade , that didn’t matter to me because I would rather deal with sane acting people than ones like them for a few arcade games! Before we left, she got mad and stormed in her house while calling out to me “ You’re ugly and your eyeshadow ugly too!”?! I couldn’t believe I was even dealing with this childish individual and I was even more upset when my husband kept the booking! But we were pressed for time on finding someone else unfortunately. When we left , he ask me had I heard what she said and I ask him “what?”.

The best place in town to rent from. They are very professional and the kids had a blast on the inflatable.

I have used other places in town for my child's birthday parties but Jolly Jump Inflatables is the BEST by far. They delivered the bounce house,set it up, and went over all the rules for me in about 20 minutes. We even had a storm to come thru and they even called and checked on us and the bounce house. I was so shocked and it really made a lasting impression for me.

LOVED THEM!!! They were very knowledgeable and went over in detail with us the operating procedures and rules. The had the bounce house up and running in no time. Fast,friendly and very courteous. I would recommend them to ANYONE.
