I was looking for a discontinued spare rim for my Jeep Wrangler and found one online. I brought the information to the Manager and he located the rim for me and had it shipped to the Decker store. I had my spire tire placed on the rim and went to mount it only ti find out that I had given the Manager the wrong lug measurements. The Manager not only found me the right discontinued rim but also had it mounted for me. The service department as well as the Manager were outstanding, I will continue to patronize this store.

I made a visit to Pep Boys in regards to a service repair for a flat tire. I was instantly greeted outside before I got out of my car by Matthew. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted at my car, because that has never happened to me before. Matthew was very kind, caring, and customer service friendly. He took care of me and my needs from start to finish. He is truly an asset to the company and definitely a keeper. Because of his outstanding service, I will surely visit the store again.
