For all of you blondes out there I would NOT recommend this salon at all!!! I have always had blonde hair and nobody has ever had a problem with doing my roots until this place. They use horrible product and when asked to use my product that I know works the owner refused. I went in a couple times and they took about 4hrs to get my hair to a nasty green color only to send me away and make me come back in a few days later. I was so embarrassed to be in public. It got to the point where they would try some sort of diamond bleach on my scalp that wasnt supposed to be used on a scalp and by the time I would get home I would be in tears from my head BLEEDING!!!! Last time I was there the "new" girl over charged me and they refused to refund my money. The owner messed up my hair and refused to fix it and sent me to the newbie. Like I said DON'T waste your money!! Go to Maria at Retouch salon!!! She is perfect!

LOVE this place! They give FREE - FREE people!!! FREE bang trims in between cuts! How can it get better than this?! I don't know why the other review was poor - I send my kids there, without me, and never have a problem with them charging my credit card and not asking my 18 year old for her's. As a matter of fact, the owner, Patti, goes out of her way to come in on her day off and cut my one daughters hair - If you haven't tried this salon/spa you should! EXCELLENT and again FREE BANG TRIMS BETWEEN CUTS FREE !

This must be a mistake!! I have been going to Ofelia's for almost 7 years and have NEVER been treated like what that last reviewer implies! I can't believe someone would say something like that when I think Ofelia's is one the only places left in town where I really do recieve great customer service...I highly recommend!!!

I scheduled my friend as a gift. I gave them all of my contact information to pay once her appointment was complete. They required my friend to leave her credit card information (tacky!!!!!) and ended up charging her. I have called three times to correct this. Each time they take down my information and never call me back.######Please do not make the mistake we made!! If you want a stress-free experience, go somewhere else. They do not offer customer service!

This spa is quite a drive for me and there are others closer that I have tried, but I continue to go back to Ofelia's. The people are very nice and accomodating. My favorite is the facials. You won't be disappointed.
