Would have to agree with the previous person, they sent us to collections for $50 that was already paid and we have a copy of the cashed check. Then they closed our account and refused to pickup the 5 empty water bottles we have. Then when we called them they yelled at us and hung up on us. Worst customer service ever would never buy from them again.

Do not get deep rock water they refuse to answer the phone call you back and when you ask them to pick up jugs or your equipment they make you stay home all day and then never show up now I can't get anyone to answer the phone. save yourself a headache, go buy the water at the store
