Free quote on needed brake work. Will bring all my cars in for tire change -over. Fast and friendly service ����

We had known a certain item on our vehicle was going and would need to be replaced soon but had not done it yet. While out in colchester the part went completely and the vehicle was close to undrivable. Partner tire was the closest shop we could find so we stopped in. The shop I had previously had look at the part and quote to fix it (just hadn't made the apt to actually do it yet) quoted $170 and change. Partner Tire charged over $300. When I told them I had been quoted half that at a shop in my town, they said 'this is chittenden county, you should expect to pay more'. Will be avoiding them from here on out.

I recently went to Partner tire in Colchester VT to have some tires put on my car and a alignment. The staff was very friendly and helpful and when they found a problem they asked me to go out back to show me the loose part. I talked to one of the tech's out back who was very friendly and informative he showed me how on one side of my car the part was tight and on the other was loose. They were able to get the part I needed very quickly and had it installed in no time. The waiting area is great, clean with very comfortable couches a TV and free WI-FI with some toys for the kids and the best donuts. A friend of mine recommended I go here and I am so glad he did and I will do they same to my friends.

Preformed work that two other mechanics said was fine. They were deceptive in their description of what need to be done in order to increse the bill which was 18 times higher than the work needed.

Wanting to support local business, I have been a customer of Partner Tire for approximately 1 year. Staff is friendly & the inside of the business is accomodating (donuts are a plus!). However, this is were the postives end.



A lube, oil & filter is pricey as compared to the competition at $35.00



Additionally, the competition will normally top off your washer fluid - a nice, inexpensive gesture. Partener Tire however has failed to do this 2x's in a row.



Mark up on tires is a bit excessive as well.



You be the judge when you visit, but I suspect you will agree that you may want to shop around a little further for a shop that accomdates your needs (i.e., your wallet)

Professional, trustworth, capable. Many of the teachers in the local school district have recommended and used them for long-term service; everything from oil changes to major engine work. Comfortable waiting lounge w/ some coffee and donuts available for free to customers! nice...They will give you a free estimate of work needed, encourage you to get a 2nd opinion, or will be the people to give you a 2nd opinion on advice you received from someone else. I HIGHLY recommend using their services.
