Poor service but pizza is the ultimate pizza in the land!! So we carry out!! Unless you have a lot of time and patience for the poor service I would not recommend dinning in!

Things began well w/ the table ready for our reservation & initial drinks immediately served. The food order was taken after 20 + minutes & following a request to the hostess to find our waitress. The food for 8 out of 10 of us arrived - my husband's and mine did not. I reminded our server (when she noticed) that we ordered a large square pizza w/ bacon & yellow peppers. She frowned at my brother & sister-in-law's order which was a medium round w/ pepperoni & yellow peppers. Clearly our order had been overlooked. The server returned saying the kitchen had made an error & our pizza had JUST been placed in the oven. She was aware it was my father-in-law's birthday party & we had reservations for an event following dinner. No alternative to waiting 40 minutes for a pizza was offered. She proceeded to avoid the table for 30+ minutes. My husband requested the manager. 10 minutes later he arrived to advise us he was aware of the missing pizza. He stated that it would be another 10 + minutes before the pizza arrived. He then looked at his watch and said "You don't need to leave until 8:30 though". As if my husband & I should have been satisfied with 15 minutes to scarf down a slice or two before we had to leave. Regardless of the timeline we were now eating alone & placed in a rush. I explained that it was unprofessional for him to have known about the situation & only have visited our table upon request. I pointed out that every single person at the table needed a refill and that the server had been intentionally avoiding our table. My husband explained we would not be paying for the pizza and the manager agreed - he did however charge us $6.75 for a coffee and a Diet Coke (no refills on soda). The manager was unprofessional & arrogant. The server was either inexperienced & should have had guidance or assistance or she should find another line of business. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other pizza options out there.

One of the best Pizza in the nation. YOU have to try it it that good.

Service is slow like snails. The pizza wasn't that good. It wasn't the worst but it became the worst with the horrible service. Wings had the hair on them still. ew... good size and good sauce but cant get pass the hairy ones.
