The Dooney & Bourke factory store in Clinton, CT has an amazing assortment of high quality handbags. I shop there several times a year and I stop in frequently to browse and see the new items that come in. The managers and sales personnel have always been very helpful and courteous. The sales are very good and this affords me the opportunity to purchase top quality handbags that are below retail prices. I presently own and enjoy many of the D& B bags and I have also given them as gifts to members of my family. They are unique, beautiful and well-made and I know they will outlast me!

I am writing this to inform you of the third time I was treated very rudely at your outlet store at the Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets in Clinton, CT by the manager and female employee on duty. This occurred today, Sunday July 13 at 10:15 A.M. I will NOT be visiting any of your stores in the future as a result.Previously, I had been a very loyal customer for about seven years now. Every few weeks I would visit the Clinton store and usually purchase one or two bags. In the last six months, there have been two employees at the store who seem to enjoy talking about me and laughing right in front of me! One is the manager, a middle-aged brown mustached man. The other is an older, short blonde-whitish haired woman. Both of them talk and point at me, laughing right while I'm standing a few feet away looking at purses.Now there is absolutely no need for this. I'm always polite, well-dressed, and as I mentioned a very good customer. For shame!
