Revised Review of Horizons 2 & 3 at Clifton, NJ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - Moving to this HELL-HOLE was probably the biggest mistake of my life. There are so many things wrong about this place that I'm not sure, where to begin. Let's begin at 6:00 AM. On the property is a man-made pond with a fountain. (Fountain is not working.) During a heavy rain storm, the pond fills with garbage and street debris. Half of the apartments face the pond so, around 6AM, every morning, a gaggle of (30-40) geese fly in to swim around the pond. The noise that they make is deafening, waking up the whole place. And that noise continues all day. So don't plan on sleeping past 6AM. Don't plan on walking around that pond because you're going to be ankle deep in goose droppings.
