For owner occupied homes we use a 10 step cleaning process. Moving furniture, pre-vacuuming, Pre-treating, scrubbing the carpet and deodorizer are all included. We follow this with a neautralizer that removes the any cleaning residues. Carpets Stay Clean Longer. So Clean that we guarantee is a 30 day spot free guarantee. If a spot or dark area appears in 30 days we will come back with a smile and re-clean that area. For Landlords and tenents moving we have great discounts on empty homes and apartments.
