Trustworthy, honest, reliable and respectful. Terry, Jim and their crew do a good job of keeping my mini-van in good running condition. I literally trust my safety to their skill and experience as mechanics. They've serviced my various cars for years and have never gouged me financially, played upon my lack of knowledge about the inner workings of my vehicles, or been less than forthcoming about repairs needed or those they recommend for future repair.
