I love Marcel Florist. I was staying at the Four Seasons Hotel and needed flowers for my room. I called and was able to place the order. I asked if they could tell the hotel to put the flowers in the room. They said they could, and indeed when I arrived the Flowers were in the room. I asked for a spectacular arrangement of blue and white hydrangea with other flowers. That is what I received. I loved the flowers and the fact that they were in my room when I arrived, as, I had asked Marcel Florist to do. I can highly recommend them, and will use them again for all of my Chicago floral needs.

My Family are from the U.K.. WE ALL LOVE MARCEL FLORIST! Now, I live in Philadelphia. My sister lives in Chicago. My Mom & Dad first used Marcel Florist to send my sister flowers for her birthday. When I called her to wish her a happy birthday, she raved about the flowers. I have used Marcel Florist to send her flowers several times after that for different occasions. My sister always loves the flowers. The arrangements are always sophisticated and Fresh. I will continue to use Marcel Florist. They have never let me down. MARCEL FLORIST IS THE GREATEST!

Washington DC LOVES Marcel Florist. I have used Marcel several times for flower going to my business associates in Chicago, Beginning in 2006. All of the people that I have sent flowers to, have loved them! The last order on July 3rd was for a birthday. She said they were so Bright and Vibrant, very fresh. She also commented on the quality of the vase. When I call to order I always inquire about how business is. The last person I spoke with reported that business was great! He said that Marcel has made over 25,000 flower arrangements since opening in 2006. That is a lot. The Phone people are always friendly. A couple of times I needed the flowers there fast, and they have delivery upgrades to get them there faster than normal. I actually took the time to read their Delivery Policy, and now when normal delivery does not work for me, I upgrade. I would highly recommend Marcel Florist, and will continue to use them.

I had called several florists in the Chicago area to send flowers to my friend at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Everyone said it was too late. I decided to call 1 more florist. I called Marcel Florist. The Young man that answered the Phone said yes they could still get it there today. I told him that I did not have the exact address. He told me that they deliver to Northwestern every day; they knew the address and could get it delivered to my friend, not a problem. I did not know what to order, he told me that the designers could make something for me. He suggested that for someone in the hospital a bright and colorful arrangement would cheer them up. I agreed. Within 1 hour my friend was calling my cell phone. She said that she had received several arrangements, but that mine, was the most beautiful and sophisticated one. It was her favorite arrangement. Marcel Florist Rocks!

I needed flowers delivered late in the afternoon. I needed flowers FAST! I live in Boston. Marcel Said that they could do it. The person I sent the flowers to said that the flowers were beautiful and fresh - and the delivery guy was great! The Staff was so helpful. I will always Marcel when I need Flowers in Chicago. "HORRIBLE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! PURCHASE ELSEWHERE!!!!! THEY WERE RUDE. I WAS NOT HOME WHEN THEY DELIVERED, SO THEY LEFT IT AT A HOUSE DOWN THE BLOCK.....WITH A MAN i DON'T KNOW......AND NO CONTACT INFORMATION. I don't know about you, but as a female, I don't have a liking for going to strange men's houses by myself. The man at the store said he would have them redelivered the next day.........but instead they ended up with a strange man down the block (not even a neighbor.) All that and attitude from the punk on the phone...... They wouldn't refund the sender either, which I thought they should since I will never see the present."
