12-10-2017 I took my 2009 Ford Crown Victoria police interceptor in for a state inspection but before I took it there I fixed the problems that it had so it would pass inspection I had installed four brand new tires,I put on all brand new brakes front and rear including all new rotors replaced two bulbs,and I even had the exhaust fixed because that definetly wouldn't had passed inspection after they inspected it they failed it for two of the four things that I had fixed prior taking it there. after they had rejected it I came straight home and when I got back home their was a state trooper sitting in the driveway waiting for me and he was told that my ford 2009 ford crown victoria police interceptor failed inspection, and I had shown him the receipts of all the work I had done to get my crown victoria inspected, and his remark was that it shouldn't had failed the inspection, and I asked him if I could take it somewhere else to have it reinspected and his answer was yes and that he even gave me his card with his cell number on it, so the bottom line is this DON'T ever take your vehicle there to have it inspected and they will fail your vehicle like they did mine. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS
Bob's is the best in town, for sure. They will work with you and are always honest. You cannot go wrong with Bob. HONESTLY!
The worst place in town. $60.00 for a regular oil change?! That's with simple motor oil NOT synthetic! Unbelievably bad customer service!
