Poor quality. Took my son's Bass loafers in for a simple repair. Tay put what looks to be nails from Home Depot in the soles to reattach to uppers. Heads on the nails are shiny, silver and the size of a pencil eraser. Horrible! Took them to Sam's Shoe Repair in Matthews to fix the damage done by Tay. Sam's fixed them perfectly with no nails. Live and learn. Will avoid Tay for any future needs.
