Refuge and Restoration offers a very relaxing and professional atmosphere. I've had the full body massage and the neck and shoulder massage. Both of them were excellent! I've visited a lot of spas, on land and sea, but this massage was the best I've had. The problem areas I had when I walked in were gone after the massage. I felt energized and restored.
