Provided by YP.comI visited Levine's today for the first time. I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Gonzalo Wallis, MD of the Sanger Heart Institute. I had fantastic nurses and the doctor was very thorough. I reall appreciate the hospital making me feel at home, and comfortable. Plus, although I am 16, I believe this is the best place for children. Huge thumbs up for Levine's!

Provided by YP.comThe Children’s ER at the Downtown Charlotte location was the worst place I could have taken my child.
My child was in the waiting room from round 9:40- midnite or so...
He had a serious issue and should have been seen a lot sooner. The coldness we felt in the waiting room of the children’s ER downtown is my main complaint. We left round 3 AM Sat morning. Thats 9:40-3am. My child was cold because he had vomited on the way to the ER and he was sleepy. I asked for a blanket for him and NEVER got it from any one at the front desk. I will make sure that in any emergency or any doc apts will NOT be at CMC. The coldness and unthoughtfullness of the waiting room personnel just made it worse. When a child is cold in the waiting room that has the AC on, the child should be made feel comfortable. This ER is supposed to be for children but it is the worst.
