I really don't know how to thanks this people, they help me ease my shoulder and back pain. I've been suffering this for 4 months and thanks I decided to go to Charlotte. Very unforgettable experience.

When I first started going to Jeff about a month ago, I was experiencing extreme and severe neck, shoulder, and back pain. I could not find any relief from any medication. I now have 70% of my pain gone. Not only is he effective in his massage, he has a lot of knowledge of the stretches we need to do to keep ourselves in minimal pain, and lots of general body knowledge. I was virtually at the end of my rope at work. I considered quitting due to the unending pain, but now I can cope, both with his help and the self-help techniques he has taught me. I highly recommend Jeff for deep tissue massage. Now I'll be straight. This is not a "feel good" massage. At first he has to work through that mess that many of us have created with our posture and lack of stretching and exercise. But the results are astounding.
