Dental office employees are nice, the dental care seems to be very profesional, but there is a serious lack of communication within the office. I get paid on the 3rd . In order to be seen they require me to pay a certain amount that seems high for my income. I needed to know in advance the amount required for each appointment...I can't afford it and have to borrow from family 40+ miles away. My second appt was rescheduled because they told me nothing about payment due in advance at time of appointment.. I have had nobody in the office who can give me a dollar amount or even what will be done...I can't call my sister at work. She's there to work. I have had to reschedule because of no real help, I have explaned I NEED $ Amount due BEFORE my appointment to everyone working there. I broke a front side tooth 3 months ago and had to practically beg for a tooth which I wanted fixed ASAP. Now they "think" the tooth is ready. I wanted it by July 23,and no later than August 4. I am frustrated to tears litterally. I can't stand going out in public with a tooth missing. I wouldn't care if it wasn't visible when I talk or smile...I feel like every visit there's a $90-100 charge beyond what I was told...It's humiliating as well as rude to ask someone leave work to bring me more money. So far that's happened twice and I've only had four appointments. I missed seeing a friend from out of town, and now it looks like I won't make the class reunion next weekend either. The person who reminds of an appointment should be able to give a dollar amount and have a clue what will be done...talk to 3 people,get 2 different answers and an I don't know. Today I have been trying since 8am to get information before a 4pm appt...It's 3:41pm and I can't get hold of a person...just voicemail.
