I do not normally write letters such as thisbut, because of what has occured in my homestarting on August 18th, I felt it important that I make my feeelings known.



The staff I dealt with over two weeks , as a result of leaks and water damage in one of our bathrooms, was absolutely outstanding. Starting with James from Grace Plumbing Services, Steve and Shane from Faith Restoration, John your estimatorand Jim, the dryer as well as Daniel Sabrina and Beth on the phone, each and everyone of them enabled us to live with this horrendous situation and what a job they did fixing all the problems.



They have a remarkable group of people associated with their companiesand, as a recent customer, I feltit important that I tell you that not only are they extremely competent, but the nicestpeople to deal with, especially under these circunstances.
