A1 Is horrible. Tech came to replace a gasket in my fridge. He left it with ripples. Told me it would smooth out. I then said, "If it doesn't in two weeks do I call you back?", His reply, "No, call Lowe's back and they will send out another company to fix it." Called office, and was told, "Your not a tech so you don't understand what your looking at." Told me a manager would call me. No one ever did.
A1 Appliance Repair fixed my dryer and my microwave oven, both for reasonable prices. I was impressed by the technician's knowledge of the machines he was working on.
They are the worst HVAC company in the DC Metro area. The technician they sent was clueless. He damaged a perfectly working Ac system and try to lie about it when asked.
They do have good timing and were able to show up same day for service. I found recently that I was charged almost double what others would charge. I am also having difficulty getting a proper reciept and documentation. I would not reccomond this company.
I have used A1 Appliance Repair in the past and they were VERY professional, great customer service and exceptional work I didn’t have to worry about calling someone else after using them. I have and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family member Thanks without you guys I would have been out thousands of dollars buying a new fridge.
