0Serranos used to be a good restaurant to eat at but not anymore. The quality of the food has gone down hill and isn't even palatable. The portions are short and don't ask for more salsa for your chips or more chips for your salsa because anything and everything is extra $ (e.g., sour cream, flour tortilla, pico de gallo). Our waitress was apologizing every 5 minutes to us because of this policy. Will never, ever eat there again.
