Michael was very professional and came out to my house the same day we talked. He went above and beyond to help fix the problem we were having! Michael was honest and upfront! Defiantly going to call him again if we need an electrician!

The two men who came by to install my ceiling fan acted and represented themselves in a very polite and professional manner. I could not have been happier. This was a small job, but they will definitely be called on if something bigger arises. Thanks.

This is the second time I've had Kevin and Mike in to do electrical work. As usual, they were on time. I had track lighting installed, along with other lights, dimmer switches and a surge protector. They were neat, polite, funny and very professional. They tested everything when they were done, then explained how the surge protector should work. I will continue to recommend them to anyone of my neighbors in the Villages. It was a great experience.

Honest company: My mother called asking for a service man to come to her house. When she described her problem, the person on the phone told her it sounded like she had a tripped breaker. They explained to my mother how to switch the breaker on and waited on the phone to see if it worked. They could have just as easily dispatched an electrician and charged her. She would not have known any differently. I will definitely call them next time I need an electrician. Kim

Called for a ceiling fan installation, they came mere hours later, right on time. Fast job, easy cleanup, price was spot on. I casually mentioned I had a bad plug in the garage. We needed an electrician to help with a remodel and looked around and a friend had suggested Remedy Electric, so I called and they were able to come out that same day! It was nice to not have to wait and to be able to get a start on quotes and finding the right person for the job since that is such a hassle with contractors. The guy that came out was friendly, personable, honest and was the first and cheapest quote we got. He finished the job ahead of schedule and was able to come out again when we needed to change a spec with no questions or hassle. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a electrician in the Austin area. My friend who gave us remedy electrics number got a target gift card for the referral. I made an appt. which no one came to do the work. Then they tried to say they called me to confirm the appt. which was a flat out lie. When I asked him to verify with the dispatcher I was told it was his wife who dispatches the calls. (She doesn't Lie) THERE WAS NO CALL MADE TO ME!! When you have an appt time you keep it, if you can't make it you call and reschedule! NOT leave someone hanging!! I took off time for work for this to get done... All lies no one called me to confirm or to tell me they were not going to turn up to do the job. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Just RUDE!
