If you want your time and money wasted then come to Wristwatch Doc. I dropped a watch off for simple pin replacement and locking clasp fix and was told two weeks until it would be ready. 2 weeks came and went I called and they said they would call when it was ready. So I waited some more..... 3 weeks, 4 weeks I called again and was told the same thing, 5 weeks, 6 weeks!!!! Finally I'd lost my patience and went into the store to get my watch. When I asked about it they started working on it. Little did I know THEY LOST AN ORIGINAL PIECE to my watch and replaced it with a different color claps. They justified it saying that even though my watch was gun metal gray, it had been worn to silver and it shouldn't matter they lost my part and replaced it with a different color. They charged me $10 more than I was originally quoted too. What a joke. Do not make the mistake I made and take your watch somewhere else.

I would not recommend them. It was stated the repair would take 2 weeks and ended up taking months. This was because it took them several attempts to fix the item. Was not impressed.

Avoid this watchmaker like the plague

Great attitude! Clean and well organized, they handcraft thier own jewelry .. Super fine craftsmen.
