Bad customer service. The owner of the store gets agitated and yells. It is a shame because I do like their furniture. The first day I was in the store his personality seemed a bit off, but okay. After making a purchase, there was a problem with the order. He raised his voice at me and was rude. The deliverymen said that a few other customers have said he was rude also.
