0I’ve always had excellent experiences at DCF over the years. Fast professional and friendly….their prices are a bit higher than some places but their customer service before and after the sale are always top notch in my book. Bubz is my go to for everything. He’s a great asset to the company.
They sound like a bunch of good guys interested in providing a good gun business and range. But after 4 phone calls do you think they would return my call? Don't bother doing business with these folks. Obviously a scam.
I have shopped at DCF in the past and always had a positive experience. Recently, I had a very poor customer experience at this store. I will not go into the details as they are not important in the end. What is important is the effort that the owner, Josh, made to rectify the situation. It is clear that Josh and his staff are committed to providing excellent customer service. It is one thing to keep customers happy when everything goes right but when a store is willing to spend the time and energy to overcome situations that go wrong, it shows how dedicated they really are to their customers. I look forward to being a customer for a long time thanks to Josh, Erin and the rest of the staff.
