Rented table, chairs, tent, dance floor, etc for my daughter's wedding. While I had them ordered and they were on my invoice they did not set up the tent with leg drapes. When it was called to their attention I was refunded the money but I would rather have had the bare metal poles covered. Also, the dance floor did not hold together. It was coming apart in pieces all afternoon creating a dangerous situation especially for ladies in heals. We kept trying to put it back together--something that guests at a wedding should not have to be doing--with little success. What particularly bothered me is that the Monday after the Saturday wedding I emailed them about this situation and received no response, no apology or anything. Two weeks later I emailed them again, reminding them of the situation. In this email I told them that I thought I should get a discount on the dance floor. It is only then that they emailed me back telling me that they would discount the cost of the floor by 50%. Except for these guys all of the vendors at the wedding were great. Unfortunately one does not want even one week link on such an important occasion. I would certainly not use these folks again.

Rented a log splitter that broke down twice in two hours. I had to argue with them to retrieve it leaving the job half complete. They did refund the rental fee but wanted to charge me the full rate again once the log splitter was fixed. Shabby equipment and service!
