These guys are true professionals. I was working on an After Effects project when my computer crashed. Upon restart, the project file wouldn't open, no matter what I tried. Nearly three months worth of work- GONE! Microcenter referred me to TechFusion, and I could not be more pleased with the results. They were able to repair the file within three days, and Larry kept me informed throughout the entire process. They even helped me to set up a backup drive for my workstation to help me prevent a problem like this from happening again! Excellent service. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I can't thank you enough for what you did for my family. The disc that you so graciously repaired and gifted to me held so many of our precious family photos and videos. As you know, my father was very ill. I'm sorry you didn't get a chance to meet him but he was so very sick by the time I met you that he had a very hard time concentrating on anything or anyone.



He asked so many times to see the family pictures and we all cried when we were finally able to show him many of the pics and videos that you saved for us. He died on Saturday the tenth at 7:34 in the morning. He watched the videos all day for days before he slipped into a coma, mentally visiting his relatives that went before him and were surely waiting for him when he left us.



I am sending you a copy of one of the videos that I made in Dad's memory. This would not have been possible without you. You have done such a great service and blessing for my family.

Alfred and the Techfusion team did an outstanding job for me. I cannot say enough positive remarks about this company! My case was of an extremely urgent matter. The Techfusion team worked overtime and then some to prioritize my case and deliver on time. Techfusion came to court with me to testify. Without the help of Techfusion I would not have been able to accomplish any of what I was able achieve. To say I recommend Alfred and the Techfusion team would be an under statement!!

My experience with Techfusion could not have been better. I had a disastrous hard drive failure with 7 years of work and educational materials on it, the bigbox stores said it was "completely unrecoverable". I brought it to TechFusion on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they worked on it for 10 days, recovering 165,000+ files (including .dll and system files) which encompassed the entire drive. I can't say enough about them and when they say "data is never really lost" they mean it. I have shared their info with everybody I know who will listen and they should be at the top of everybody's "go to" list in case of emergency. 5 stars!

Our small nonprofit organization would be lost without the services of Alfred Demirjian and his staff at TechFusion. They came to our rescue when viruses shut down our machines. Though we feared that the data as well as the machines were lost, they were successful in restoring all of our data, as well as the computers themselves.



They went on to provide the kind of proactive advice we needed to get our electronic infrastructure on solid footing, advising us on hardware to purchase, and referring us to helpful vendors, which enabled us to make the most of our small budget. We are extremely grateful to the TechFusion staff for their hands-on service in setting up our office server and networking our computers, as well as providing ongoing advice on security and upgrading our systems.

Don't go here! The owner (Alfred) is rude and dishonest. They charged me a fortune and lied about the amount of data they had recovered. Alfred is an amateur and his staff is equally incompetent. I would go straight to a professional company who will be upfront about their pricing and how long the process of data recovery actually takes. I felt like these guys cheated me and treated me like dirt during the entire process. A really traumatic experience.
