Everyone else is right. The food is great, but the staff there is awful!!! Sometimes you'll call, and no one will pick up. If you actually do get somebody, don't expect good customer service. I swear no one in that place wants to be working there.

Good food but crummy service. These employees do not need to be working in the public.
This place is horrible in customer service. My family and I walked in and were ignored for a long while and then rudely asked what we were waiting for that there were multiple tables clean. There were 6 of us total and only 4 person tables were clean.Also, if we had been first time customers we would not have known it was seat yourself. Absolutely rude! NEVER going here again.
