Oscars is a good old neighborhood barber shop. You can get a good cut here at a good price while jabbering with either the personable patrons or barbers. Their attention to detail is excellent and I highly recommend them.

I've been going to Oscar's since he came to Burbank in 97. This place has the feel of what a barber shop should be like. Good old fashion customer service and all the services a barber shop used to provide. Three full time barbers for your convenience!!!
