Provided by YP.comLowes warranty service set up appointment for problem with refrigerator with Golden In Home Services for a Thursday between 1-5. Received a call from Golden Service late Tuesday evening before appointment asking for model and serial number to confirm with parts department. Gave the rep the numbers, he put me on hold, then came back and stated parts department not responding so he would call me back in 10 minutes. No mention of the appointment, time, or scheduling. Never received call back that evening or next day. At 1pm on the Thursday (day of the appointment set by Lowes) I receive a call stating they need to confirm if any parts are needed for service. I state that I have already received a call for model and serial number confirmation and supposed to have a service rep out at the time of this call. I was then told sorry we don't have you scheduled and can only give you appointment a week from now and the appointment time you were given by Lowes was just a customer preferred time and has nothing to do with Golden's schedule and the soonest they could be out was next week. Contacted Lowes about the issue and Golden stated to Lowes that they attempted to contact me for model and serial number confirmation and was unable to confirm so they cancelled appointment. Not sure what kind of scam or end game they are playing by lying to customer and Lowes but AVOID this company at all costs.

Provided by YP.comThis has to be the worst experience to date that I’ve ever had with a company. Not only was the original representative unknowledgeable while asking product questions but the supervisor Candy was extremely disrespectful and rude she hung up on me and when I called back in to speak with her supervisor about her uncalled for behavior I was told that I wasn’t allowed to speak with her supervisor.
I do not feel that scheduling a service call over 2 weeks out is handling a service call within a timely manner especially while have to deal with the worst customer service staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to deal with,
