Provided by YP.comI went to pickup a package and the supervisor told me to go to Olmito post office. I went to the Olmito post office and they said my package was in Brownsville. I go back to the Brownsville Post Office again and the supervisor tells me it's on a truck. She doesn't give me any suggestions (customer service) or an apology after telling me to go to Olmito post office for the package that was not there. And while at the Olmito Post office the clerk only told me to speak to them and did not offer any other suggestions to help me!!!

Provided by YP.comI wish there was a way to put 0 stars , the employees here deserve 0 . The customer service is horrible , it feels like no one wants to help you . They really need to get a customer service class or a change of staff. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Provided by YP.comThe clerk with the goatee that attended me could not find my certified mail that contained me and my wife's income tax return. I'm having to pay penalties with the iRS and perhaps having my identity stolen. He told me to file a claim online...so I did but was not accept it because it had no insurance on it! Insurance on possibly having our identity stolen is priceless. It's been over ten days and the tracking system says it's still in Brownsville. They also lost my son's income tax return! We are very frustrated and worried.

Provided by YPmobileThe clerks are rude and I have found that some postal workers are liars! Withholding mail from elderly women is not very professional! The postmaster is not very knowledgeable or helpful either. How sad for Brownsville!

Provided by YP.comCustomer service is not their strongest. When the US Post Office reduce their staff to half, a lot of employees were upset, those who were able to keep working for the US Post Office felt lucky; but now some employees seem to be not happy and grumpy. I'm %100 sure that if the post office would tell them that base on their customer service is how they will be able to keep their job, we will be having a nice experience when going to the post office, is not like we want to go just to spend time. Those employees should feel lucky to still have a job; it's a shame to have these employees on that job and getting paid out of our taxes. These office at Los Ebanos, Brownsville, Tx. should be evaluated, starting from the top.
