Been coming here for many yrs but it's true sometimes the ladies in front desk have a bit of an attitude but when I had a puppy w parvo n on her death bed they got her back to health n brand new w in a weeks time n that was 5 yrs ago n she's still here

I've been coming to this office for years. They don't like it when you come close to closing time, so ya, the front desk is rude sometimes, before I was a regular I dreaded the occasional visit. I've had good results overall there, so has my family... But I don't find the bad reviews hard to believe.

They won't let you fill prescriptions online, which is a pain. Otherwise, we've gotten along pretty well for a few years now.

"I read the "REVIEWS" of this clinic but didn't believe then, but "YES" they only care of collecting u'r MONEY!!!".... I took my pet there to get seen, to start off one of the ladies that wrks there is always "RUDE"! Also the doctor doesn't explain to u right, whats wrong with the Ur pet.. He'll just see Ur pet for 5 sec. and doesn't care to ask how Ur pet is doing at all! All he wnts is for u to pay...they did something to my pet at the clinic and stayed overnite there n she passed away!! "RETHINK THIS CLINIC!!"

I'm very happy with Dr. Crouch's services at his clinic. I have been a customer for many years, and have found the staff to be very caring.

All the employees and doctors are very caring.

I found a lost dog in my back yard with a tag with this doctors name and number to return the dog to its owner if lost. I have called numerous times and was told by the office staff that they are "too busy to look up the owner of the dog "and that I should call a the Humane Society (956) 544-7351.



This is a good dog, well groomed, friendly, and taken care of. I know what it is like to lose a dog and I am certain the owner would want him back. Those people are jerks to refer me to the dog pound because they are too busy to look up a record.



Don't do busy with these people, they don't care about your pet.
